1. Airbag Lifting Systems

 

Airbags provide solutions for any sized aircraft and all common landing gear failure scenarios.

the pressure aircraft lifting bags support the aft and/or fuselage during lifting or stabilization. It is made of vulcanized synthetic rubber drop-stitched material. It can even lift up to 10-80 tons. Furthermore, all elements are connectable with patches. If required, damaged elements can be changed individually. Each single low pressure bag is also equipped with a relieve valve (0.5 bar / 7 PSI). Moreover, we offer the Portable Air Compressor to inflate the low pressure aircraft lifting bags.

 

 

2. Fuselage Lifting Systems

 

Fixed Pitch Sling Unique to ensures slings overlap fuselage frames.

The multisling kit is developed to lift the fuselage with a crane. It lifts both narrow and wide body aircraft. Moreover, its standard goes up to the B747. The kit is easily upgradeable to the A380. Furthermove, it is transportable by aircraft pallet. It is equipped with a digital load meter, lifting loads can be monitored on a remote handheld display and on a pc/laptop.

1. DE-BOGGING KITS

 

De-bogging kits include the highest quality shackles, radio-link load meters and round slings. Suitable for light and heavy aircraft.

De-bogging is the remote monitoring (2.4 GHz) of the pulling loads applied to the landing gears, which causes the aircraft to move off the tarmac. The working range of the debogging kit is 80 meters and the round slings have various capacities for both narrow body and wide body aircraft and A380.
• Used for towing an aircraft
• Very strong
• Monitoring their maximum load is not exceeded

 

 

2. Temporary ROADWAY

 

Light weight panels tested on very soft terrain to meet typical aircraft recovery applications.

Aircraft Transport

 

TRANSPORT TRAILERS

The Transportation Trailer System for disabled nose and main gear is the complete recovery solution for all disabled aircraft – from narrow body and wide body to the A380. Our transport trailers are used to carry the aircraft in case the landing gear is missing. It consists of 3 hydraulic platform trailers which can be arranged and coupled to each other depending on the operational task. Also, the trailers can be used individually.

There are 5 ways of using 1 system, combining wing and fuselage trailers:
• Fuselage trailer only
• Wing trailer only
• One wing and one fuselage trailer combination (with connection frame)
• Two wing trailers combined (with connection frame)
• Two wing plus one fuselage trailer combination (with connection frame)
