The disc dryer can not only heat the shell, but also heat the internal disc, which greatly increases the drying area, improves the thermal efficiency and ensures the full drying of the material. The dryer is composed of a horizontal housing and a rotor with steam heating, the shaft is mounted with a plurality of heating discs, the disc is equipped with adjustable Angle scraper. When working, the material can be heated, and the material in the heating can be pushed along the direction of the discharge end. The steam distribution device inside the rotating shaft can be evenly distributed to each heating disc. The steam flows in the disc on both sides of the disc, so that the heating disc maintains a constant temperature, and the condensate is discharged through the rotating joint at the shaft end.<\/p>\n

With the rotation of the spindle, the material is fully stirred and mixed under the combined action of the scraper and the disk to increase the maximum heat exchange area, and the exhaust gas generated after heating is discharged from the top of the shell, and the weak vacuum degree is kept in the pipeline to prevent the steam from leaking and avoid inhaling too much cold air.
